DIY Christmas Gingerbread House

with a Miller+Baker Gingerbread House Kit.

(Available in December)

  1. Divide the Royal icing between the two piping bags. Put one aside.

  2. Snip a small hole in the tip of the piping bag and pipe royal icing sparingly along joins.

  3. Glue walls together and prop them up using cans or jars, until set.

  4. Once the walls are set and stable, add roof pieces, remember don't apply too much icing or the roof pieces may slide off! Leave to set for a couple of hours.

  5. Now the fun starts! Use the remaining icing to 'glue' on lollies and decorate the gingerbread.

  6. Finish with a dusting of icing sugar for a snowy effect.
