About Us

We are a family-owned and run flour mill + bakery located in one of the friendliest neighbourhood's in Perth. 

Our team are skilled and passionate artisans - pastry chefs, bakers and baristas, using time-honoured and traditional methods to deliver incredible flavour's to our customers.  

To support life, we mill fresh flour using our New American Stone Mill. We source our grain from WA farmers - specifically, from farmers dedicated to improving soil biology which supports the health of our customers and the future of our planet.  Specialising in sourdough bread  and pastries.
