Bread baked with rye flour has a dense and moist crumb and a distinctive robust flavour. Rye loaves are extremely popular in Northern Europe and our freshly milled rye is the main ingredient in our Scandi Rye. Mix with wheat flour for a lighter loaf or a delicious addition to pizza bases.
