Mace is one of the most widely grown wheat varieties in Western Australia. Milled to a fine golden flour it has a natural nutty, caramel flavour and sweet hay aroma. Milled as our “House White” we use this all purpose flour in most of our breads and pastries, as well as our delicious pancake mix.
Suitable for bread, biscuits, cakes, muffins, pastries, pancakes, savoury pastry.
