The sweet aroma of this loaf when we put it on the shelf each morning is sublime.
A soft bread, favoured by kids for school sandwiches and eggs and soldiers, but we’ve snuck in added fibre … they’ll never know!
Flours: Sustainable white, freshly milled wholewheat
Rising Agent: this is a semi-sourdough using sourdough starter and fresh yeast
Other Ingredients: Olive oil, Salt, Water
Method: Hand shaped and tinned
