With a Miller+Baker Gingerbread House Kit. (Available in December)
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!- Divide the Royal icing between the two piping bags. Put one aside.
- Snip a small hole in the tip of the piping bag and pipe royal icing sparingly along joins.
- Glue walls together and prop them up using cans or jars, until set.
- Once the walls are set and stable, add roof pieces, remember don’t apply too much icing or the roof pieces may slide off! Leave to set for a couple of hours.
- Now the fun starts! Use the remaining icing to ‘glue’ on lollies and decorate the gingerbread.
- Finish with a dusting of icing sugar for a snowy effect.
